• Indvidual BBQ Kettle and outdoor setting for each cottage.
• Cottages are strictly non-smoking inside and definitely no pets are allowed

• Cottage contains one queen bed and two singles complimented with quality bed covers, bedside cabinets with decor lamps and overhead reading lights, wall prints and built-in robes.
• Reverse cycle heating and cooling with ceiling fan will ensure your stay is comfortable in all weather conditions.
• Extra wall panel heating is also included in bathroom and bedrooms.
• An extra toilet is located in the laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities.
• Well equipped kitchen with cooking facilities and microwave.
• TV with DVD/VCR with a selection of each included in each cottage for your enjoyment.
• Individual BBQ Kettle and outdoor setting on private verandah.
• Cottages are strictly non-smoking inside and definitely no pets allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A mimimum deposit of one nights accommodation is required on all bookings.
A fee of $30 applies for all cancellations of 7 days or over.
If less than seven days notice of cancellation is given, your $100 deposit is forfeited.
